Re-install Services
Guest bringing previously worn bundles/ extensions for reinstall services should ensure all hair is clean Detangled, and ready for use prior to the appointment.
Hair that is excessively tangled, unclean, or not properly prepared may need to be reschedule.
K.LARAE HAIR STUDIO is a no smoking environment
Afterpay policy
Clients using Afterpay for services will receive an invoice prior to their appointment.
to ensure a smooth booking experience, all Afterpay invoices must be completed and approved before the appointment begins
Please note that applicable taxes and fees are automatically included with all Afterpay transactions
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments rescheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date may transfer the existing deposit ONE time toward the new appointment
Appointments canceled beyond this timeframe will require a new deposit to secure future booking.
Salon Cancellations
In the rare event that K.Larae Hair Studio must cancel or reschedule an appointment, all deposits affect will be refunded or transferred within 24 hours

Guest are responsible for all personal belongings during their visit.
